Ecommerce automation for online stores.
Ecommerce automation · Auckland, NZ
If a job in your store is repetitive, we can automate it. Supplier inventory sync, marketplace order sync, drop-ship, purchase orders, product loading and price scraping are where most stores start, built around Shopify and the systems you already use, for online stores in New Zealand, Australia and beyond, and looked after once they are live.

Your team should not be copying stock files.
Most online stores run on someone downloading a supplier spreadsheet, matching it to Shopify, keying in marketplace orders and checking competitor prices by hand. It works until the store grows, then it is where the mistakes and the late nights come from. Automation gives that work somewhere else to go, with a person still deciding the things that matter.
If it is repetitive, we can automate it.
These are some of the automations stores ask for most. They are a starting point, not a menu: every build is made for your store, your suppliers and your channels, and if your job is not here, we build that too.
- Supplier inventory syncSupplier stock files, feeds or emailed spreadsheets read and matched to your catalogue, so Shopify shows what you can actually ship.
- Marketplace order syncOrders from any marketplace you sell on sent into Shopify and on to your courier, with stock updated everywhere.
- Drop-ship ordersEach order passed to the right supplier with the details they need, then tracked until it ships.
- Purchase order automationReorders drafted from stock levels, sales and lead times, ready for your yes before they go to the supplier.
- Product loadingNew lines from supplier files loaded to Shopify with titles, tags and categories, and the odd ones flagged for a person.
- Price and supplier scrapingCompetitor prices matched to your products by SKU, with the gaps that matter surfaced instead of every change.
- Custom inventory systemsStock, purchasing and suppliers in one system built around how you trade, when off-the-shelf apps do not fit.
- Shopify and Xero automationTags, collections and product rules kept tidy, and order exports shaped by channel for Xero.

What runs overnight, and what waits for you.
Automation that knows when to ask.
Routine steps run on their own, usually overnight: stock levels, order hand-offs, price checks. Anything with money or judgement attached waits for a person, such as a reorder, a new product with no price or a competitor that has dropped below your cost. You get a short list of decisions instead of a day of data entry.
- Routine syncs run on a schedule you choose
- Decisions arrive as a short list, not a spreadsheet
- Every change is logged, so you can see what moved and why
Built around your systems.
We connect what you have before adding anything new.
Most stores already have the pieces. The work is making them talk, whatever they are and wherever you sell: your supplier's format, your marketplaces, your courier and your accounts. Where a supplier only emails a spreadsheet, we read the spreadsheet.
- Shopify
- Xero
- Marketplaces in NZ, Australia and beyond
- Supplier feeds, CSV and Excel
- Couriers

Every automation also feeds your Company Brain, so your team and your AI tools can see what happened.

Questions, answered.
Is Kayvo an AI automation agency?
Yes, for online stores. We build automations and AI agents for supplier stock, marketplace orders, drop-ship, purchase orders, product loading and price scraping, then keep them running. Steps that matter wait for a person to approve them.
How do you sync supplier stock to Shopify?
We read each supplier's stock in whatever form it arrives, match it to your products by SKU, and update Shopify on a schedule. Products a supplier no longer carries are flagged rather than silently left on sale.
Can you sync marketplace orders into Shopify?
Yes, from any marketplace with an API, an order feed or an export, in New Zealand, Australia or elsewhere. We send the orders into Shopify so stock and fulfilment stay in one place, then pass them on to your courier. We already run this for a furniture brand selling through several retail marketplaces.
Can you automate something that is not on this page?
Almost certainly. The automations here are the ones stores ask for most, not a fixed list. If a job is repetitive and the data exists somewhere, we can usually automate it, and we will tell you straight if we cannot.
Our suppliers only email spreadsheets. Can that still be automated?
Yes. Emailed spreadsheets, shared file links and supplier portals can all be read automatically. A live API is easier, but it is not required.
Do the automations run without anyone checking?
Routine steps do, such as stock levels and order hand-offs. Anything with money or judgement attached, such as a reorder or a price change, waits for a person to approve it, and every change is logged.
What does ecommerce automation cost?
Most automation is built and looked after as part of a monthly retainer, roughly $2,000 to $10,000+ a month, with most stores starting around $4,000. Fixed-price projects are available too, agreed before anything starts.
