How we think

Good AI starts with your business.

Not a tool looking for a problem. We start with how your business actually runs, and very often that means automating the repetitive work first: supplier stock that syncs itself, orders that flow between your store, marketplaces and your 3PL, and reports that send themselves. Then a Company Brain, AI agents and a team that uses AI confidently. The people stay in control.

Explore what we build

Why every build starts with a Company Brain.

A Company Brain brings everything your business knows into one AI brain, so people and agents work from the same picture, with control over who sees what.

Supplier automations, price scraping, email marketing, a Black Friday plan: whatever we build lands in one place your whole team connects to. Each piece is stored properly and turned into action points for the right people.

Will Montague-Brown

Will Montague-Brown

Founder and CEO · LinkedIn

Grew up in his parents' ecommerce business, loading products for five dollars an hour from the age of nine. He started Kayvo in 2023 and has worked across most corners of applied AI since: assistants, automation, video, agents and now company brains. He brought Kayvo back to ecommerce on purpose. It is the work he knows best, and the people he most wants to see win.

Dale Viljoen

Dale Viljoen

A software developer and tech lover at heart. Dale has built systems on enterprise and government contracts, including through Fusion5 and Voco, and knows what it takes to make them work safely, securely and effectively. He leads the build at Kayvo, with a genuine drive to see the businesses he builds for succeed.

What clients say.

“Will and Dale built an AI brain setup for School Solutions and we can't go back to the old way of doing things. We have benefited beyond what we could have imagined, and the system continues to grow and break down complex tasks and turn them into automatic basics to keep our business effective and lean.”

Brad Cachopa, Director, School Solutions
Furniture importer, Auckland

“As a sustainability business, we were pretty AI-avoidant. That was until we worked with the team at Kayvo, and they showed us that AI, used efficiently, can be a powerful tool for increasing our impact. Everything is now neatly stored, with AI quietly automating the background work. Our system has pushed back needing an EA by six months, and saved us from making small mistakes.”
