Is the AI consultation really free?

Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free, with no obligation. We talk through your business, your systems and the work you want to improve.

How much does an AI consultant cost?

Most clients work with us on a monthly retainer. Roughly: from about $2,000 a month for smaller setups, around $4,000 a month where most businesses start, and $10,000 or more for larger builds. It works like having a fractional CTO and chief AI officer, for far less than a hire. The retainer covers building new automations and looking after what we have built, so if something breaks, we fix it. No set hours: we agree priorities in a monthly review, and there is no lock-in contract. One-off projects are available at a fixed price, agreed before anything starts. The first 30-minute consultation is free.

Who qualifies for the free deep dive?

The deep dive and team audit are for qualifying businesses. Whether it suits yours, and what it would cover, is discussed in the initial conversation.

Do we have to work with Kayvo after the roadmap?

No. The roadmap is yours to keep either way. Run it yourself, or build it with us.

What should we bring to the first call?

A problem you want solved, or a broader question about where AI belongs in your business. A rough idea of the systems you use helps, such as your store platform, accounting and email.

Can you sync orders and stock across Shopify and marketplaces?

Yes, it is some of the work businesses ask us for most. We build order and stock syncing between your Shopify store, marketplaces, suppliers and your 3PL, so orders and stock levels flow through without being re-keyed by hand. We confirm what each system allows first.
