## Website privacy notice

This notice covers the public Kayvo website at kayvo.ai and enquiries made through its contact and booking links. Kayvo is the trading name of Willbot.ai Limited. ## Enquiries and appointments

When you email us, you choose what information to include. This may include your name, contact details, business and the work you would like help with. We use the information you provide to respond and discuss your enquiry. Please do not send passwords or sensitive customer records in an initial message.

Appointments use Google Calendar, embedded on the homepage and available through a link. Information you enter in that calendar is processed by Google as part of the booking service and made available for arranging your meeting. Google's own privacy policy applies to its service.

## Website services

Vercel hosts this website. Requests to load pages and assets involve technical information such as your IP address, browser details and requested URL being processed by the hosting service. The site includes Vercel Web Analytics, which can collect page-view and device information when enabled for the project. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and can load the Google Calendar embed; your browser makes requests to those services when their resources load.

You can email us instead of using the booking calendar. External services may process information outside New Zealand under their own policies: [Vercel privacy policy](https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-notice) and [Google privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Include enough context for us to identify the enquiry or booking, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. This website notice does not describe the handling of data inside a client's Company Brain or other delivered systems; those arrangements need to be agreed for the relevant engagement.
