## From one-on-ones to rooms of 95.

Practical AI, taught by people who build it.

Will leads our training. He has run AI sessions for business networks, events and company teams, and the same thinking goes into every team we train: less theory, more of your own work done live.

## Three ways we train teams.

- One-on-one sessions

An hour with each person on their own role and tasks, so everyone leaves with AI set up for the work they actually do.

- Team training on your Company Brain

Once we have built your [Company Brain](https://kayvo.ai/company-brains), we train the whole team to use it, so it becomes how the business works, not another tool.

- Workshops and talks

Hands-on group sessions and talks for teams, networks and events, with live demos rather than slides.

## What your team learns.

Five steps, in order.

- Set it up right The settings that keep company data private, memory switched on, the right model for the job, and instructions that tell the AI who you are.
- Use it out of the box Decks, minutes from a meeting transcript and forecasts from an export, with no setup at all.
- Connect your tools Email, calendar, files and your store, so it works with real context instead of copy and paste.
- Teach it your way Your rules, your brand voice and your processes, so the answers come back the way your business works.
- Let it run in the background Repeat work set to run on its own, with a person checking what matters.

## Built for ecommerce teams.

Every role, its own examples.

- Merchandisers Product copy, tagging and catalogue clean-ups at scale.
- Marketing Campaign briefs, email drafts and sale plans in your brand voice.
- Customer service Replies drafted from your own policies and FAQs.
- Operations and finance Reports from exports, supplier emails and stock questions answered.
- Owners and managers Forecasts, meeting minutes and decisions with the detail at hand.

ChatGPT and Claude, set up role by role, with clear rules on what company data is safe to use and how to check what the AI gives back.

## Training that sticks, because it keeps going.

The best results come from training alongside the work.

A one-off session is a good start. Teams get the most out of AI when training happens next to the systems we build with them, with follow-ups as their tools and skills grow. That is how most of our clients train their teams.

Built for clients: in-house AI bootcamps for an outdoor gear retailer and a broadband provider, and one-on-one sessions, an hour each, for a team of six.

## Questions, answered.

Do you run AI training for teams in New Zealand?

Yes. Hands-on AI workshops, one-on-one sessions and role-by-role setups for ChatGPT and Claude, including how to keep company data safe and how to check what the AI gives back. Most of it is for online stores and product businesses, and we train other teams too.

What does AI training cost?

It depends on the team and what they need. Most clients train alongside the systems we build with them, which is where training does the most good. Tell us about your team in a free 30-minute consultation and we will suggest the right fit.

Do you train in person or online?

Both. We train in person in Auckland, and online for teams elsewhere in New Zealand and Australia.

Which AI tools do you train on?

Mainly ChatGPT and Claude, set up for each person's role and connected to the tools your team already uses. Where we have built a Company Brain, we train the team on that too.

How big does the team need to be?

Any size. We run one-on-one sessions for a handful of staff, team sessions for a whole business, and workshops for rooms of nearly a hundred.

Do you train teams outside ecommerce?

Yes. Most of our work is with online stores and product businesses, but we have trained business networks, event audiences and teams in other industries.
